How to utilise the freshOps Team App Cleaning Report

Cleaning Reports/Comments within the freshOps Team App

Upon Checking Out of a Site, the staff are prompted to report any issue via the freshOps Team Mobile App Cleaning Report. These may be comments about their shift, the site or simple just a "Done".

This has two benefits:

  1. It gets the cleaner thinking about anything they may need to report about their shift, and gives them an easy way to report if they Checked-In Late, or need to provide an update around their Time & Attendance

  2. It also acts as a second prompt to ensure cleaners don't mistakenly press the Checkout Button, and check themselves out of a site.

Once entered the staff can Check-Out of site and be on their way to the next site or home.

When your team leave a Cleaning Report, these appear in a number of places within the freshOps WebApp.
