Add a specific Task to an upcoming Visit only

If a client requests a Task to only occur on and upcoming visit as a one off.

It's not uncommon, after either a request from a client, a complaint or a recent site inspection, that we may wan to add a Task to an upcoming visit only. Not add it to the Task Schedules.

Navigate to the Upcoming Visit:

Add a New Task:

You can add a New Task or a Task Template to this visit by selecting the Add Task Button.

Add a Task from Existing Task Schedules:

If you are adding a task that is already part of the existing Task Schedules, you can add it from here.

This may be the case for say, a "Monthly Fridge Clean", that needs to be brought forward, or that the client has requests an additional "Scrub of the Front Entry Tiles"

Scroll and Select One Task from an existing schedule or Select All
