When you Add a New Employee/Team Member in freshOps, the system automatically sends your Employee a Welcome Email.

Your Team will receive an email similar to the one below.

The freshOps Team App User/Team Member is required to click on the corresponding App Store Logo to be redirected to that App Store, to Download the freshOps Team App.

Resend Welcome Email

If the freshOps Team App User/Team Member have misplaced the Welcome Email, Forgotten their freshOps ID or PIN, you can resend it to them following this article Re-Send Team Welcome Email.
