Once you've setup your Payrules, freshOps will automatically apply the rules based on the parameters that were set.

However, you may want to override them. 

For example, if it was agreed that employee would work on a Saturday for example when the work is normally due on a Friday. You can reschedule the Visit in freshOps for the Saturday, but override the Rule that would be applied to only pay the worker a Friday rate.

Start by selecting the Action Button

The you simply pick from this dropdown the Rule that you want to Apply to the shift.


If you need to UNDO this action, simply press this Undo Button to remove the Override.
