How to use en existing Task Template in freshOps in a new Site

Once you start utilising freshOps Task Management, you'll probably realise that you can use the existing Task Templates rather than creating New Task for each new site.

You can use an existing Task Template in 3 ways.

For Example: Clean Microwave

Use Task Template via Task Template Name

Type, Search and Select the existing Task Template that we want. This then adds the Template with the Task Instructions and Video Training automatically.

Use Task Template via the Task Tag

Type, Search and Select the Task Template by an associated Tag, and then select the Task you want.

Use Task Template via the Task Tag, but add all the Tasks associated with that Task
