A Shift is a Visit to the Site by a Cleaner.

The Cleaner is required to Check-In and Check-Out of the Site.

The Check-In & Out process at a site creates a Time & Attendance Record and Timesheet Line which we refer to as a shift.

If an employee works across multiple sites, they will have multiple shifts.
