"That's not right! We could not detect the freshOps tag."
If you have received this message, it is generally because the freshOps Team App User/You have pressed Check-In on the App, but have not successfully a freshOps Tag. The NFC Reader has basically timed out as it's been activated, but not yet found a freshOps Tag.
TIPS:
Try pressing the Check-In Button and Tapping the Tag again
Ensure you are Tapping the Tag with the correct area of your smartphone for your device.
