For some users, Enterprise bargaining agreements for example meaned that they needed the ability, to pay a cleaning one rate from say 4pm -5pm and another rate at the same site, from 5pm -6pm. 

The Pay Rules engine now has a Extend Toggle, which extends the Rule across the period by default, but which can be toggled off, to split the rule.

The above Splits the Rule. The below option extends the Rule across the whole shift either from the start or the end.
