[Improvement] Edit Pay Period in Payroll

Our Payroll Calendars replicate the Calendars inside Xero through our Integration, however, to add some flexibility for some users and to support our future MYOB & Quickbooks Flatfile Exports, we need to allow the User to set the Pay Period.
