To ensure your teams compliance documents are consistently up to date, freshOps allows you to add reminders to Compliance Documents to ensure that you don't leave yourself exposed.
Add a Compliance Reminder
From the Employee Menu>Specific Employee Card
Click the Compliance Tab
Enter the Name, Expiry Date and Description of the Compliance Document.
Please Note: We don't currently support uploading the Document itself, so suggest it still be stored within your current Document Storage System.
Once the Compliance Item is within 30 days of it's Expiry Date, it'll appear on the freshOps Dashboard as indicated below.
Click on the Show Expiring Compliance to open the Expiring Employee Compliances page to see which items are expiring.
Click the Update button which will launch the specific Employees File. Click into the Compliance Tab and Edi the Reminder with the New Expiry Date.
