When your team are working through the scope of works or their Task List, it's not uncommon for certain Tasks not to be completed for a number of reasons.
So that you have a record, your cleaners can leave comments against specific tasks.
Example:
Task Name: Replace Bin Liner in Boss's Office.
Use Case: If the cleaner arrived and found the Boss's Office locked, they can leave a comment relating to that task specifically.
Navigate to the Visit itself, to view the comments on the visit detail.
