Often when you are trailing freshOps or just signed up, we'll suggest starting with Simple Check-Ins while you wait for the freshOps Tags to arrive.
When they do arrive, you may want to update the Site Check-In Type to a freshOps tag.
To do this;
Navigate to the Client>Site
2. Scroll down to the bottom of this page, and in the Site Details section, you'll see the current Check-In Type. Choose the Check-In Type you require, in this case the freshOps Tags
3. Scroll to the top of the Site Details on that page and hit Save.
