There is nothing worse than having to flick between email support responses and the application when you are trying to work something out.

freshOps's InApp Support means you can just start chattting with us at anytime and have our responses and the conversation overlay what you are doing inside freshOps.

If you have run, before we respond thats ok, our response will hit you on your email if freshOps is closed. You can respond from your email and then pick up the conversation when you get back.
