When setting up a site, you will often choose from the Google Maps LIsting of the site, which then also aids your Cleaners navigating to site with the correct Google Maps listing.
However, we often have scenarios where the location/building that your team need to Check-In and Out of can be some distance away from the GPS Co-Ordinates that Google Maps passes through for this location.
So, we can edit the Co-Ordinates using the Google Maps mini map on the Site Page.
In this example, the Google Maps Co-Ordindates are down by the roadside, however, the buildings are some way back on the property.
So we can drag the Blue PIN, which is the current recorded coordinates, and move that up to the actual building location, for more accurate Geofencing.
Once you've dragged the Blue PIN to the new location, HIT SAVE and this will be the New centre of the Geofence.
If you've set up a New Site, or a Staff Member and they start getting this message and they believe it's in error. You may need to check the BLue Pin Location and edit the Geofence as described above.
