Here you'll find some reasons for some of the error messages users may receive while using the freshOps App.

"Security issue, please check your device's time settings and try again"

This error message results from the time on the user's device being more than 2 minutes.

What does that mean?

Well, most likely the Mobile App User has attempted to change the Time on their device to falsify their Time & Attendance. They may think adjusting the time on their device and checking in may trick the app to log a different Check-In or Out time, so we thought rather than just stopping it, we would create an error message, so they may just report their actions to you unknowingly.
