Adding New User Logins to freshOps WebApp

How to add additional WebApp Users to manage your team.

Feature Overview: The freshOps Support Team can now create additional user logins for existing freshOps accounts. These are basic access credentials without associated permissions or user tracking.

Key Points

  • This feature is for access management only

  • New logins are tied to existing accounts

  • No permissions management is included

  • No user activity tracking currently

Requesting New User Login

Steps to Request New Users

  1. Login to your freshOps Account>Profile

2. Request to Add New User

3. You'll be redirected to a Form to add all their details

  • Your User ID, can be found on your Profile Page here

Once the User has been added

Your New user will receive a Welcome Email from freshOps with their;

  • Username

  • Password Creation Link

Steps for New Users

IMPORTANT FIRST STEPS for users that have been using the Primary Users Login Credentials to access freshOps.

  1. Log Out of the current account that you have been using with the Primary Users SHARED Login Credentials.

  2. If those shared login credentials are saved in a Password Manager such as Lastpass, Google Password Manager, iCloud Keychain etc, delete them from that Password Manager.

Once Invite is Received

  1. Check for your Welcome Email from freshOps for the generated username.

  2. Click Set a new password or copy and paste the link provided to setup a new password.

  3. Input desired password in the password field with matching confirm password.

  4. Once successful, a success message is displayed and the user will be sent a Password Successfully Changed email notification.

  5. User can now use the provided username and newly created password.

Important Notes

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character

  • Cannot be the same as username
